    The Bengali Department of Galsi Mahavidyalaya, established in 2007,stands as one of the notable department departments catering collegiate degree on Mother – Tongue. The department’s mission is to provide quality education to students from rural and urban backgrounds.In the context of today’s educational landscape, the Bengali Department is progressive. Professors utilize various tools, including verbal communication, Power Point, and You Tube, to impart knowledge effectively. The department encourages critical thinking and creativity among students. The department regularly publishes wall magazines reflecting the department’s commitment to foster a vibrant academic environment. These magazines showcase students’creativity, literary contributions and cultural insights. Many students from this department have pursuing M.A and Ph.D degrees from various Universities. Their academic achievements demonstrate the department’s impact on Higher Education. students actively participate in seminars, both National and International organised by the college. These events broaden their horizons and expose them to diverse perspectives. The Department actively engages in cultural events, contributing to the college’s reputation.
